Unity March

Unity March

For 16 years this annual June event has provided a venue and purpose for youth, adults, and law enforcement to work together. The event educates individuals and families about community resources, inspires community compassion, and provides support for families being impacted by violence, while engaging, uniting and encouraging individuals and groups from culturally diverse backgrounds to get involved, be active, and make a positive difference.

• Over 9,400 people have participated over the past 14 years
• Over 11,500 resource bags have been distributed in neighborhoods of high need
• Over 600 resource partners/vendors have participated
• 16 neighborhoods deemed “crime hot spot” areas have been canvassed by the Unity March
